✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility:
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as shown on the website.
You received the wrong item.
The size or design is not as per your order.
🚫 Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
If the item has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the correct item.
Sale items, customized items, or clearance products are non-refundable.
Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings.
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange:
📦 Return Process:
The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the fault is from our side.
Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we’ll process:
Exchange within 3-5 working days
Or refund (only if product is out of stock)

Refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
